We collect information you submit through enquiries, membership applications and newsletter subscriptions. Detailed first-party analytics begin only with your consent and may record an encrypted IP address, visit time, pages, device, browser, source and approximate region.
Use and retention
Information is used only to handle requests, process applications, improve the site and protect its security. Encrypted full IP addresses are retained for up to 365 days, after which only non-identifying aggregate statistics remain.
