We offer courses and workshops that help members build healthy habits, maintain physical wellbeing, strengthen mental wellness and develop positive social relationships.
Membership requirements
- Support and promote the purpose of the association
- Be recommended by a member and approved by the Executive Committee

Member responsibilities
- Promote the association and follow its constitution
- Participate actively and attend general meetings
Membership fee
Membership runs from 1 April to 31 March. From 1 April 2025, the annual fee for new members is HK$100.
